This mod is just general QOL for relics in my opinion, It allows you to buy or earn relics with unrestricted rolls on them. For obvious reasons once these relics are earned, you won't be able to play online without seamless coop.
Character skills, Improved Attack Power with 3+, Improved Weapon Attack Power, Dormant Power, HP Restoration upon Weapon Attacks and FP Restoration upon Weapon Attacks will not appear on relics more than once to minimize trash relics.
Also included is a change to the Scadutree Urn from defeating the Dreglord, It makes every standard and deep slot on the urn white which will allow total freedom of relic choices.
Installation Instructions
1. Download and Install Mod Engine 3, Link provided in requirements or click
here.
Go to Releases and download the latest me3_installer.exe.
2. Download Seamless Co-op, Link provided in requirements.
3. Download Relics Rebalanced and extract the "Relics Rebalanced" Folder where you'd like to start the game from.
4. Open Seamless Co-op and place the contents of "SeamlessCoop" (crashpad, locale, nrsc.dll, nrsc_settings.ini) inside of \Relics Rebalanced\native_SC.
5. Launch RR_SeamlessCoop.me3
