Changes a lot of things in order to improve the roguelike mechanics, as i work on this i will update the file, right now i want to change most relic effects, probably will take me some time. I accept (and ask for) relic effects ideas.
BIG UPDATE, new effects, rebalanced and more junk removed
If you had an existing save, i recommend making a new one, as many effect dont directly replace old effects

Installation:I recommend using Mod Engine 3 Manager
Install Mod Engine 3, then download Mod Engine Manager from nexus in the Nightreign page.
After installing the manager, simply drag and drop my files

Changes:

-Stats curve adjusted, now 13-15 levels are a bit more important
-Reduced Runes Gained
-In-game descriptions adjusted
-Consumables buffed, durations increased or damage increased
-"Low on HP" effects now trigger at 50%

-Guardian has its shockwave when special guarding by default. Im thinking about also adding his heal when ulting.

-A lot of Dormant powers ended up being useless on some characters because their playstyle didnt use them, so now they usually give extra stats
For example "Parries Activate Golden Retaliation" now also gives +5% Max HP -Relic Changes

-Random Relics price increased to 600->900 and Deep Scenic Flatstones increased 1800->1900
-All Small Jar Bazaar random relics now are Grand and have 3 effects
-Many Relic effects like "Improved Atk Power with +3 Daggers" have been grouped, so now it is "Improved Atk Power with 3+ Daggers, Flails or Thrusting Swords", this is because many relic effects where left unused as no characters had that type of prefered weapons.
-Effects which give you +2 to a stat now also gives +1 to vigor
-In vanilla, the game limits the effects so you dont get 2 skills in the same weapon, i have removed this for now, once i change all relic effects, i will decide which ones you can roll randomly and which effects limit others
-All +1 Stats were removed
-Start with small pouch now also includes a talisman slot (up to four slots total)
