No need to toggle it manually anymore and absolute safe bat file. You can check it yourself by opening it with notepad. You can also create a shortcut or even create executable.
I left it as a batch file because it’s safer.
Installation:
Place 'offline_launcher.bat' in the game's directory folder and run (double click the file) it to launch the game in offline mode (without EAC). To play online, simply launch the game through Steam.
