To keep it short and simple, this mod makes it so you can obtain every single ring in Dark Souls 3 without the need of going in New Game Plus and before getting to the DLCs, so you can tackle them with your complete build, including rings. Only the rings with a numbered variaton have been modified by this mod, namely every single ring which has at least a +1 version to it.
How does this mod work?
My MO with making this mod was to keep in mind the location where the original rings are found, and to still give a sense of progression towards the whole game, which means you won't magically have all of the rings in one spot for you to loot (unlike for example the Honest Merchant mod, which however has an incredible value when it comes to test new builds or make something pvp ready out of the box) but you will organically get them as you play the game, and if you play a "conventional" playthrough you will end up having every ring on the game by the time you go to face the final boss.
There are basically three ways of obtaining the rings:By Shrine Handmaid: some rings are unlocked at Shrine Handmaid shop upon reaching certain pivotal points in the story, such as defeating certain bosses), or giving her umbral ashes.
As enemies drop: this applies mostly to bosses. Some bosses will drop one ring along with their soul.
As overworld loot: while exploring the lands of Lothric, you will stumble upon some loot as always, and sometimes that "low level" loot will be a ring instead.
To make whit mod I kept in mind one simple course of action: where possible there had to be coherence and consistency. This of course meant that some rings had to be relocated in comparison with their vanilla counterpart, and of course the natural game progression was taken into consideration when making the choices of which ring belonged where. Furthermore, I tried to keep the rings as lore friendly as possible, while of course some liberties have been taken for the sake of giving a more organic progression for the player.
Of course, this mod per se defeats the need of going into NG+, because naturally you won't find any new rings by playing it. Every single ring in this sense have been replaced with titanite, depending on the area the ring was found. For example, if a ring was found in the Undead Settlement you will find a regular titanite shard in its place, while for example you will find a titanite chunk if the ring could be originally found in Lothric Castle of Consumed King Garden. Asa for the +3 rings, since you get them already by defeating Twin Princes (yes, all of them) when you will play the DLCs you will get additional titanite slabs instead of the corresponding ring.

INSTALLATION
Download and unpack the files you want to use and then go to Smithbox; now either open your main game project.json file or create a new one, making sure you're referring to the Data0.bdt in your "mod" folder within Mod Engine 2. You will now have to import the two .csv files provided by the mod: ItemLotParam and ShopLineUpParam. Save the changes and you're good to go.
Keep in mind that the changes are NOT retroactive, so if for example you install the mod mid-playthrough you won't get the rings you missed. To circumvent this, I strongly suggest you to download and install Honest Merchant and to purchase the missing rings from its in-game shop.
That's it, I hope you like this!
