This mod adds "Diablo-Style" loot in the same vein as the original made by Cornflake Rush a few years ago. (Please tag me on YouTube / Twitch if you're doing a playthrough, I'd love to stop by!)
Every enemy loot pool in the game has been updated to drop different rarities of weapons, armor, talismans, and crystal/cracked tears! Enemies now also drop random crafting materials.
Rarities range from Basic -> Outer-God, with a total of 10 different tiers. A Legendary weapon tier is roughly on par with a +25 / +10, while armor has roughly the same base absorption at "Rare" rarity. Everything now comes with special effects, mostly modeled after existing talismans in game, but there are some new ones I added as well. (NOTE: Smithing stones and weapon upgrades are technically available, but they are not intended to be utilized. Upgrading weapons should rely on getting new gear as you progress throughout the game instead. I have left this functionality as this isn't the intended final version of the build, but know that upgrading really powerful weapons will see you absolutely destroy the game! Upgrading something that's already equivalent to a +33ish weapon would be crazy after all!)
Special "Elite" style enemies also exist in 2 tiers (blue and red). These enemies has more HP, attack, and defense, but will also drop rarer tiers of loot. Enemies are group such that they can drop 6 total tiers of rarity, so you can only find up to rare stuff early on. More powerful gear can be found deeper and deeper into the game.
Most shops should also be updated based on where the vendor can be found.
Note that ?CaptionName? (or similar text strings) on weapons / armor pieces is to be expected. I didn't put any updated text in those fields deliberately as that would've taken extra time.
Again please note that the mod isn't fully polished but is in a good playable spot; every enemy should have modified loot tables and whatnot. There are a few weapons / armor pieces I'm sure I missed here and there but 99% of everything should be appropriately stylized. I know bows have an issue as I didn't apply the increased scaling. I may or may not update at some point, but people that have plated seem to enjoy so figured I would throw it up on Nexus so everyone can enjoy.
