HOW TO INSTALL:

Using modengine, simply drop the regulation.bin in your mod folder and launch the game using "launchmod_eldenring.bat".

THIS MOD REQUIRES THE DLC TO USE!!!

Just to Clarify, here is the proper percentage for non-modders.
Take the Crimson Amber Medallion for example, as you can see the base HP buff is 1.06%.
This means you have a 6% HP buff, the modded version is 1.110% meaning an 11% HP buff.
With the Defence Talismans, 0.8% absorption means you take 20% less damage.
With the Buff Talismans such as the Lord of Bloods Exultation, the 1.2% original is the 20% buff,
the 1.4% means a 40% buff which is 20% more than beforehand.
